Graduate Program in Integrated Environmental Analysis - PPGAAI
The PPGAAI has been awarded a CAPES rating of 4 and is currently conducted at the Diadema campus, offering both
Master's and PhD levels (See below the Master's and PhD calls for applications in English) .
The Graduate Program in Integrated Environmental Analysis (PPGAAI) brings together faculty and students from diverse and complementary fields of knowledge, fostering the practice of interdisciplinarity and promoting an understanding of the complexity inherent in environmental issues. In this way, PPGAAI contributes to the advancement of interdisciplinary knowledge in Environmental Sciences at both national and international levels, with high-level academic output and significant social impact that help address social, economic, and environmental challenges.

The concentration area in Integrated Environmental Analysis aims to assess, diagnose, monitor, control, and remediate—through interdisciplinary approaches—the synergistic, additive, and cumulative causes and effects of environmental impacts resulting from natural processes and/or human activities, whether ongoing or planned, particularly within the context of watershed systems.
This concentration area is structured around two main research lines: Dimensions of Sustainability and Environmental Patterns and Processes.
